How to Rename Recycle Bin icon on your Desktop.
1. Click Start
2. Click Run
3. Write REGEDIT in Run Bar
4. Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/CLSID/{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
5. You will see Recycle Bin on the right side of the window
6. Click (Default)
7. Rename Recycle bin to your desired name
