<p>1. Download latest stable version of Magento from http://www.magentocommerce.com/download (Requires free registration), Unzip in www directory and Also create Mysql database and User from your phpmyadmin panel, which can be accessed by http://localhost/phpmyadmin.</p>
<p>2. Now start installing Magento by http://localhost/magento. If not accessible, please check the folder name of your folder.</p>
